ABM Catering School Lunch Menu
Lunch Menu
A hot school meal is available daily; this is provided by ABM Catering.
The children order their chosen meal in the classroom each morning at registration. There is a meat and a non-meat offering available daily. Special diets can also be catered for (see Special Dietary Requirements below).
ALL children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a meal, free of charge, under the Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) programme and registration is not required. Infants can bring in a packed lunch if preferred.

Children in Years 3 to 6 can either bring a packed lunch or have a hot school lunch, which costs £3.25 and is payable online via SCOPAY in advance. Please remember to check and top up your balances regularly.
Please do not include nuts or nut based products in lunchboxes or as snacks as we are a nut-free school.
Children are allowed to bring squash or juice in a drinking bottle or carton but this can only be drunk at lunchtime (only plain water can be drunk in class).
Special Dietary Requirements
At the very core of ABM Catering Ltd is the desire to provide a service of safe, fresh, nutritious food. We are a contract catering service that holds strong values to ensure that our young people have the opportunity to receive a healthy and filling meal at school every day. We believe that it is very important that every child can receive a balanced and wholesome meal irrespective of their dietary requirements. For this reason, we have devised a procedure for special diets which ensures that our staff are provided with the knowledge and understanding of any specific dietary requirement and that an alternative menu can be provided where necessary. It is very important that this special diet procedure is followed for every young person who has any food allergies or other medical requirements.
If your child has any dietary requirements you must complete the Special Diet Request Form. Once completed, the Menus & Diets Department will create the Special Diet Menu for your child.
Please see the Special Diet Procedure document above.
