Vernham Dean Gillum's School is able to offer music lessons via Hampshire Music Service. Tuition is given by professional peripatetic teachers for the following instruments:

• Keyboard/Piano
• Guitar and Ukulele

It is important to point out that this is a financial commitment for the whole school year and full payment will be required even if your child withdraws from lessons.

The lessons take place during the school day and this does mean that your child may miss part of a curriculum subject.

Fees

Guitar and Ukulele lessons are charged at £85 per term. Pupils will be taught in small groups of no more than 4.

Piano lessons are taught individually and are charged at £14.40 per 20 minutes or equivalent (15 minutes slots are also available, £10.80 per lesson).

Although there are 38 potential teaching weeks, it is inevitable that some lessons will be missed. Therefore the charge is based on a minimum of thirty lessons in total over the school year. Invoices are sent out for music lessons each term.
